METHOD OF SALE
The property is offered for sale by Informal Tender with offers to be submitted on the enclosed form by 12 noon on the 27th September 2017. The successful bidder will be notified as soon as a decision is made and, subject to successful completion of anti-money laundering checks, will be expected to exchange legal contracts within 14 days and complete within 28 days.
The Vendors reserve the right not to accept the highest or indeed any offer and to conclude the sale by any method.
The Vendor´s solicitor is undertaking searches and producing legal transfer documents and these will be available for inspection by interested parties at Lister Haigh´s Knaresborough office from the 14th September 2017.
