From Harrogate proceed north to Ripley, take the B6165 towards Pateley Bridge. After ½ mile turn right signed Fountains Abbey and continue for a further 3 miles turn left to Sawley, proceed through Sawley to the junction with the B6265 and turn left, the property is ¼ mile on the right hand side marked by a Lister Haigh For Sale board.
From Ripon proceed west on the B6265 towards Pateley Bridge, passing through Risplith, the property is on the right hand side marked by a Lister Haigh For Sale board.
