BPS 2017 Bridging Payments in April to unpaid claimants

George Eustice has announced that the RPA will make BPS 2017 bridging payment to any claimant who has not received their payment by the 31st March 2018.

The RPA confirmed that over 93% of claimants have been paid a total of £1.5 billion for the 2017 scheme year. The bridging payment will be based on 75% of the claim value held on the RPA system at the date of payment however if this data is incorrect the bridging payment may not reflect the actual claimed amount.

The RPA will be writing to all claimants who have not received a payment towards the end of March to give further information.
