From Harrogate proceed towards Wetherby on the A661, at the junction with the A658 Bypass, take the third exit of the roundabout proceeding towards Leeds and Bradford. Continue for approximately 2 miles before taking the left hand turning signposted Spofforth. Continue along Haggs Road for approximately 1 mile and passing Eden Park the land and Green Haggs Lane can be found on the right hand side identified by a Lister Haigh For Sale Board.
There is a metered mains water supply within Lot 1 close to the junction of Green Haggs Lane and Haggs Road. The purchasers of Lot 2 and Lot 5 will have a right to connect into this supply subject to installing a sub meter contributing to the owners of Lot 1 for all water used at commercial rates.
BASIC PAYMENT SCHEME
