Countryside Productivity – Small Grant Scheme

Description– the Countryside Productivity Small Grant Scheme is aimed at active farmers making small scale investments in both arable and livestock equipment capable of increasing productivity.  Grants of 40% are available on a standard cost basis for items such as; calving detectors, mobile and fixed handling equipment, EID readers, plate meters, more advanced GPS equipment, yield mapping, seed drills, grain stirrers and robotic equipment (this list is not exhaustive).  Grants of 40% are available between £3,000 and £12,000 making the minimum spend required £7,500.
Eligibility– All farmers registered with the Rural Payments Agency (excluding some Agricultural Contractors).
