Andrew Hardcastle invested as President of the YAAV

Andrew Hardcastle, a Director at Lister Haigh, became the President of the Yorkshire Association of Agricultural Valuers (YAAV) at its 134^th AGM last week. 

The YAAV is made up of members of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers who practice throughout Yorkshire. The CAAV has over 2700 members who provide professional advice and valuation expertise on issues affecting rural property and the countryside from tenancy matters to sales and purchases of farms and land, from taxation to compulsory purchase, from conservation issues to farming structures. 

Andrew will hold the office for the next 12 months during which he will host farm visits and social events, a seminar for members and will close his Presidential year with the Association’s 135^th AGM in December 2019.
