Harrogate Borough Council is holding a consultation until 9th March 2018 on their publication draft of the Local Plan.
This draft sets out their broad spatial planning and policy framework for the Harrogate district until 2035. It includes allocations for new homes, jobs and the location for a proposed new settlement at Green Hammerton.
