Coronavirus Update 17th March 2020

With the increasing spread of Coronavirus, we would like to reassure our clients and business contacts that we are following UK Government recommendations and putting in place measures to help reduce the risk of spreading the virus.

We aim for all our clients and customers to be able to work with Lister Haigh during these difficult times without interruption.

Currently all our offices are open and operating normal opening hours but with reduced staffing as we will be working remotely to deliver the service expected by our clients. We can be contacted on the phone at the offices or by email, the details of which are below and on our website.

We will, where possible, undertake appointments remotely by phone, or electronic means but appreciate that this is not always possible or practical. If face-to-face meetings are required we propose the basis and format of the meeting is agreed in advance. We ask that you do not shake hands, and if you are feeling unwell (with a cough or a fever) that you request to rearrange your appointment.

We ask that buyers and tenants, before requesting a viewing, to further examine the property particulars in detail. Please contact the relevant office to discuss the property as someone in our sales and lettings teams will have first hand knowledge of the property and may be able to answer your questions over the phone.

Please note that to minimise the risk of virus spread, all entry to our offices is by appointment only.

In summary, we remain open for business but are taking the current situation very seriously and wish to keep our clients, staff and communities in which we live and work safe.
