I am pleased and privileged to be able to lead Lister Haigh into its Centenary year.
The business was founded in 1919 by Oswald Lister based in Nidderdale and even then, operating throughout Yorkshire as Agricultural Auctioneers, Valuers, Land and Estate Agents.
Around the same time the Johnston family started a similar business based at Boroughbridge and this was incorporated into Lister Haigh in 2002.
2019 sees the start of a year of celebration for the firm and a team commitment to guide Lister Haigh on the start of its journey through another 100 years.
In July at our Yorkshire Show stand we will be welcoming all those wanting to celebrate with us. Please put the date in your diary.
In the meantime we would like to hear from clients, friends and associates with any tales, accounts (and photographs) about the last 100 years.
Yorkshire Property, Yorkshire People, Yorkshire Principles
