Giles Chaplin who heads up Lister Haigh’s Development division reports that considering the current circumstances, enquiries remain strong regarding small/medium development sites.
There is plenty of declared interest in several sites for housing development in North Yorkshire and whilst the planning permission process has slowed during the pandemic, there are a number of potential sites that will doubtless come to market once this is over.
