John Haigh, Chairman of Lister Haigh, is celebrating 30 years in the company this week.
John’s family background in farming has proved invaluable over the 30 years during which time he has developed the 101 year-old business across three offices in Knaresborough, Harrogate and Boroughbridge into today’s thriving multi-discipline property consultancy.
“We have recruited a highly experienced team who work closely with clients, whether in the farming community or commercial businesses or with residential buyers and sellers, ” said John. “The work we undertake ranges from new road schemes, land management consultancy and agricultural advice, valuation and residential property sales to architecture and design and planning and development issues. The extent of our work now is certainly far beyond what I could have imagined thirty years ago.”
Postscript: Oswald Michael Lister, whose father founded the company as Oswald Lister in 1919, sadly passed away earlier this month. He was born in 1927. John Haigh and the Lister Haigh team send their condolences to his family and his friends.
