November Residential Market Update

According to Rightmove, the price of property coming to market is up by an average of 1.1% on the previous month. The Property Price Index has recorded an increase in October every year since it started back in 2001, but this month’s is the largest since the 1.4% rise seen in 2014. However, with more sellers chasing fewer buyers, this month’s new-to-market sellers will have to work harder to find a buyer before Christmas, laying emphasis on choosing the right estate agent!!

Since the last residential market update, the team at Lister Haigh have continued to build upon the success that was seen in the first half of the year.
