Capital Gains Tax – OTS Review

The Office of Tax Simplification (OTS) has released its first of two reports focused towards helping the government simplify its Capital Gains Tax (CGT) structures.  These reports come amongst others focused towards simplifying tax structures across the board. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/ots-capital-gains-tax-review-simplifying-by-design
